- Every time an NFL team gets 10 extra yards in rushing, it roughly translates to about 1 extra point for the team. You can use this data to determine what kind of an impact certain injury will have on the teams.

- An average NFL team gives up 23 points and scores 23 points per game. Based on recent trends, this figure seems to be rising gradually each year.

- Line movement usually only go in one direction. The two things that causes line movements are: Injury, and weather (only affects the Total). Both the temperature as well as the wind will have an impact on the Total.
